What does Krissy Creations offer?

Krissy Creations offers faith-inspired physical and digital products, including journals, planners, books, coloring books, prayer resources, templates, business tools, mentorship, and access to Anointed to Build Academy.

How will I receive my digital product?

Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive access instructions, download links, or product details through the email address used at checkout.

What should I do if I do not receive my digital product?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find your digital product, contact us at hello@krissycreations.com with your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.

Are digital products refundable?

No. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.

How long does order processing take?

Most physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom, handmade, personalized, preorder, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and order volume. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?

If your tracking shows delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox area, front porch, leasing office, or local carrier. Krissy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at hello@krissycreations.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.

Do you accept returns?

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery and must meet our return eligibility requirements.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include digital products, downloadable products, e-books, templates, courses, coaching sessions, mentorship programs, memberships, academy access, customized items, handmade or made-to-order items, sale or clearance items, and used or opened books, journals, planners, or workbooks.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be canceled or changed before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Shipping address changes may only be requested before an order has been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at hello@krissycreations.com if you notice an error.

What is Anointed to Build Academy?

Anointed to Build Academy is a faith-based training and support space designed to help women grow in faith, discover their gifts, create digital products, build their brands, and take practical steps toward entrepreneurship.

Is mentorship or academy access refundable?

No. Mentorship, coaching, classes, trainings, memberships, and academy access are final sale once purchased due to the access provided to resources, support, materials, and/or training content.

Do you guarantee business results?

No. Krissy Creations provides educational, inspirational, creative, and business resources, but we do not guarantee specific income, sales, business growth, or personal outcomes. Results depend on each customer’s effort, implementation, consistency, and individual circumstances.

How long does it take to receive a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours. Response times may be longer during holidays, product launches, sales events, or high order volume periods.
