Krissy Creations Store Policies

Cancellations & Order Changes

At Krissy Creations, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

This includes:

• Shipping address changes
• Product swaps
• Size or color changes
• Adding discount codes after checkout

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items are final sale.

These products are created specifically for the customer once the order is placed and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Krissy Creations, all approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

We do not issue refunds unless otherwise required by law.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, returned merchandise must:

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Include original tags and packaging
• Be free of stains, odors, damage, makeup, pet hair, or visible wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Beauty products
• Personalized products
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Digital products
• Downloadable files
• Books, journals, planners, and printed materials once used, written in, damaged, or opened
• Mentorships, coaching sessions, classes, trainings, and academy access

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, templates, printables, courses, digital files, and online resources, digital product purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is completed or access has been granted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they enter the correct email address at checkout to receive digital product access.

Mentorship, Coaching, Classes & Academy Access

Mentorship programs, coaching services, classes, trainings, and academy access are final sale once purchased.

Because these services may include access to digital resources, community support, trainings, live sessions, recorded content, and/or educational materials, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Krissy Creations.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days

We provide estimated shipping and delivery timeframes; however, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• High order volume
• Supply chain disruptions
• Customs delays

Krissy Creations is not responsible for delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged item
• Your order number

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Krissy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Chargeback Policy

We encourage customers to contact our support team before filing disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be disputed using order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication records, and IP verification.

Customers who file false chargebacks may be restricted from making future purchases.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Krissy Creations, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, terms, conditions, and procedures.
